GPS don’t work

Well, I’d like to say something about this app but since I can’t even log in to use it I don’t have anything nice to say. I’ve put the id number in and the default password per instructions and it keeps telling me error login/password. Very frustrated right now.

Please have a native English speaker translate the instructions. My unit shows to be offline even though it is charged, turned on and refreshed. It is not taking instructions from the app nor is the voice command function working.

I just got this watch like a gift... I downloaded the app and I can’t login in using the ID number and the default password !! Please fix it!

I have 2 children. I can’t see if there is a way to add more than 1 watch.

Good up works fine gives accurate location.. how do I retrieve my user I.D tho I don’t remember it nor have it saved anywhere...

The gps is off by miles and does not provide any accuracy. It’s a little experience of a watch for it not to work properly. I’m disappointed.

So I got this watch for my seven-year-old daughter, the watch works great it allows her to text only me through the app. it allows her to have up to 15 people that she can call with my approval through the app. I’m able to snap photos of where she’s at. All updates from the app are sent to her watch with no problems. The instructions I got with the watch were so so helpful and clear instructions. The only down fall about the app is that the gps coordinates aren’t 100% accurate, but not like it’s showing her in another state. It’s only shown her a few miles from our house. In which I’m not to concerned because I know where she’s at at all times. But 99% of the time the gps works fine.

So far so good. Please add more "working modes".every 30 minutes, 15 minutes etc Also "voice chat" please allow parents to be able to "text chat". Please add more to the app. I need to track every 30 minutes. Thank You!

Device says it’s offline. Can not send commands Can’t call it or use the GPS! And the tech support website seem to be in Chinese only. What do I do?

I love the calling feature and everything, but my only problem is I can’t message. :( (:

I use this app for my kid's smart watch. It only works every 5th time I use it. Most times the app tells me my kid is offline -which he isn't. Other times it tells me my kid is in China which he most definitely isn't. Guess I'll just toss out the gps function of the watch due to this poor app and use my phone to call his smart watch. Disappointing.

It works real time! Can track child, call, and even send voice messages. :-)

This app doesn't work on iPhone 4 with iOS 7 Fix it please Crash out and not start

I just received this product, downloaded the app...can’t even login ! Very disappointing.

Very bad Tech support and shows Germany maps and streets. When the Device is in USA.

I would like to have some support for this device. I like the device but I have some questions

Cannot connect!! Always offline!!! It's a piece of junk!! You should fix your connection!!

I have a disabled son. We have used GPS watches for a few years now. This watch works nice and is not child looking in its appearance. The only bad thing is the time. The app will only allow Chinese time zone area 8. There is one other option for English Zone 7, but the app always defaults back to Chinese zone 8. I feel the developer a will find and fix this time issue at some point. Overall, it's a good product.
